Bellyard Mews – Southwark

Ongoing Project:

Bellyard Mews is an existing 5 storey residential block converted from an industrial building. The work we are advising on is an extention using prefabricated units supported on the existing roof structure.  The project is well underway and the prefabricated unit is waiting to be installed. We have completed all the structural assessment to ensure that the existing structure is suitable for the new unit.

Bellyard Mews is an interesting project and below are a few pictures taken in the early stages along with pictures of the new unit being craned in and the how the new unit looks on this existing structure.
